Overview

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Prime Insurance Leads website and the lead-generation services provided by Leaf Summit LTD, a company incorporated in the United Kingdom and trading as Prime Insurance Leads. Our registered address is 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.

By accessing this website, submitting a contact or lead form, or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

Eligibility

Our services are intended solely for appropriately licensed insurance professionals, independent marketing organisations (IMOs), field marketing organisations (FMOs) and other legitimate businesses active in the insurance industry. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you hold all licences, appointments and authorisations required to solicit, sell or discuss insurance products in every jurisdiction in which you operate, and that you will maintain those licences for as long as you use our services.

Billing & payment

We offer two billing models for lead delivery. The specific pricing, volume and delivery terms for your account are agreed during your discovery call and documented in your individual service agreement.

• À la carte billing. By providing a payment method and opting into à la carte delivery, you authorise Leaf Summit LTD to charge that payment method automatically for each lead delivered to you. Charges are processed as leads are delivered, not in a single lump sum. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current and for paying all charges when due.
• Prepaid 30-lead packs. Under this option, you pay upfront for a pack of 30 leads. Leads are delivered against the pack balance until it is exhausted. Packs auto-pause when exhausted unless you renew or purchase another pack.

All payments are processed through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. We do not store complete payment card details on our own servers. Failure to maintain a valid payment method may result in paused lead delivery.

Lead replacement policy

We aim to deliver leads that meet the quality standards and targeting criteria agreed with each client. If you believe a delivered lead does not meet our stated quality standards, you may request a review. Replacement of leads is at the sole discretion of Leaf Summit LTD following our review process. We will consider each request in good faith based on the facts available.

The detailed mechanics of the review process, including any required documentation, timeframes and eligibility thresholds, are not yet finalised. Until they are published in a separate policy, all replacement decisions remain at our sole discretion.

Refunds

Generally, we do not provide refunds for leads that meet our quality standards and have been delivered in accordance with your service agreement. Any refunds or credits are handled on a case-by-case basis as part of the lead replacement review process described above and at the sole discretion of Leaf Summit LTD.

Cancellation

You may cancel future lead orders or stop ongoing delivery at any time by contacting us at marco@primeinsurance-leads.com. Cancellation stops future lead delivery and future charges under the à la carte model. Prepaid 30-lead packs automatically pause when the pack balance is exhausted and will not renew unless you explicitly purchase another pack.

No guarantee of sales or conversion

Prime Insurance Leads makes no representation, warranty or guarantee regarding sales, conversion rates, close rates, appointments set, or any other business outcome resulting from the leads we deliver. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your sales process, follow-up speed, market conditions, product offerings and consumer behaviour.

Client compliance responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of any lead and your communications with consumers comply with all applicable laws, regulations and industry rules, including but not limited to insurance licensing and solicitation requirements, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Telemarketing Sales Rule, state telemarketing laws, the UK GDPR, the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), and any other data protection or marketing regulations that apply to you.

Prime Insurance Leads is a marketing and lead-generation service. We are not an insurance carrier, agency or broker, and we do not sell, solicit or negotiate insurance. All insurance products are sold independently by our client agents, who are solely responsible for their own licensing, compliance and client relationships.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leaf Summit LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity, arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our services.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms or from the use of our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Leaf Summit LTD for services rendered in the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim.

Changes to terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the site or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
